Base pay of $18/hr plus commission on all sales after training completed.

Main Ingredients of the Job
- Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times
- Carefully unload products from the truck with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas
- Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
- Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience
- Present and sell company products to new and existing customers
- Our service model provides a base for easy upsell opportunities - Route Drivers are expected to continually develop relationships with the stores to upsell our ever-growing product lines
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Resolve Customer Inquiries and complaints
- Additional duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 50+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required
- Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required
We are growing and looking for aggressive, self-starters. Territory offers excellent potential for establishing new accounts. Continual support is offered to ensure your success by providing training, uniforms, a company phone, and iPad. Customer service and driving experience with cargo vans preferred. Experience working in distribution is preferred. Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record. Safe driving is very important, routes vary in length, from Central Wyoming, Eastern South Dakota and into Northern Colorado and Western Nebraska. Our facility is in Rapid City, SD.
We deliver premium food products and general merchandise all over South Dakota and surrounding states. Customer service is our number one priority as you will be working inside various retail stores as a direct representation of our customers and our company. We utilize a custom database for order taking and route running; some technical skills required.
