Job Description
Provide specialist support on real estate transactions including dispositions, acquisitions and leasing. Transactional support includes: Overseeing legal description preparations, surveying and appraisals; establishing new easements and transfer of existing easements; deed restriction development; assistance in preparing condominium documents, conservation easements; researching and recording real estate related documents. This position will be for 1-year but may be extended for two 6-month periods if necessary.
Duties Include:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field with minimum of 1 year experience

Pay Rate
The hiring range for pay grade 16 is $44,592– $74,196 and the target salary range for this position is $44,529 – $51,838 annually. Salary is commensurate with education and experience, while also considering internal equity. - Provide support and oversee activities necessary for real estate transactions, including legal description preparations, surveying and appraisals; establishing new easements and transfer of existing easements; deed restriction development; assistance in preparing condominium documents, conservation easements; researching and recording real estate related documents
- Prepare documentation and presentations, and proof-read, format and compile complex documentation. Documentation may include legal contracts such as lease agreements or purchase contracts, and board resolutions. Presentations may be used for internal senior leadership as well as external constituents.
- Assist in evaluating potential real estate opportunities and transaction and communicate with internal and external parties to obtain required information related to evaluation of these opportunities and any related negotiations
- Other real estate related projects and tasks as needed
