Description
The Department of Endodontics, College of Dentistry at Texas A&M University invites applications for up to two full-time, non-tenure track positions with a full-time academic appointment beginning June 1, 2022, or thereafter.
Applicants will be considered for the titles of Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor depending on qualifications.
Responsibilities for this position include clinical supervision in both the pre-doctoral and post-doctoral clinics; participation in the post-graduate clinical treatment planning seminars; clinical coverage in the extramural clinics associated with Texas A&M University College of Dentistry; student mentoring at the pre-doctoral and post-graduate levels. The applicant is also expected to participate in the Department's research and service responsibilities as assigned. The position offers the opportunity for up to one day per week private or faculty practice.
Qualifications
Successful candidates are expected to have earned a DMD/DDS degree or equivalent and an advanced training in Endodontics. Preference will be given to those who are Board eligible or Board-certified with the American Board of Endodontics.
