Job Description: 

As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our products.  You will work closely with the production team to inspect and test materials, components, and finished product, ensuring they meet specifications.  Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be essential in upholding our reputation for delivering top-notch products to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and tests on incoming raw materials and components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct in-process inspections to monitor production and identify any deviations from quality requirements.
• Inspect and test finished products to verify their conformity to specifications before shipping to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of inspection and testing results.
• Collaborate with production personnel to address and resolve quality related issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to optimize quality and efficiency.
• Operate and maintain testing equipment, ensuring they are calibrated and functioning correctly.
• Communication with clients to address quality related concerns, provide updates, and ensure transparent communication.
• Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and emerging trends in quality management.

Requirements:

• Technical certification or associate degree in quality control.
• Proven experience in quality control in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.

• Familiarity with various testing equipment and measuring tools.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Effective communication skills
