UW- La Crosse is seeking a Program Coordinator to join the Center for Transformative Justice (CTJ) within the Diversity and Inclusion Division. Under supervision of the Director for the Center for Transformative Justice (CTJ), this position is primarily responsible for the coordination, planning, and delivery of campus wide transformative justice programming, trainings (students and employees), and ongoing campus climate assessment efforts. Other job responsibilities that inform and assist with transformative justice programming, training, and campus climate assessment include serving on the bias support and education team, supervision of student staff, and assistance with office assessment/evaluation. The CTJ Program Coordinator champions the office’s mission to facilitate, sustain and advance an academic community of equity, inclusion, and belonging. This position has a target salary offer of $45,000. In addition, this position’s benefits add an additional 40% to the overall financial package from the university.
