UW- La Crosse is seeking Student Billing Manager to join the Business Services Department, within the Administration and Finance Division. Under the general supervision of the Controller, The Student Billing Manager is responsible for the billing and accounts receivable operations of the University. This position supervises the Cashier’s Office and its staff, who perform cash management activities, including student billing, student refunds, bank deposits, revenue reconciliations, revenue deposit coding, past due account collections, 3rd party payments, cashiering, and scholarship funds administration. Candidates are expected to have a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and to acquire knowledge of University of Wisconsin-La Crosse (UWL) and University of Wisconsin System Administration (UWSA) financial policies, State of Wisconsin statutes, and U.S. Federal regulations.
